1. Platform Content

All software, design, branding, logos, and original content on Aha (aha.boo) are the intellectual property of Advance Studio or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of platform content is prohibited.

2. User Content

Users retain ownership of original content they create and upload to the platform. By publishing content on Aha, you grant Advance Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with the platform.

3. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI agents on the platform may not be eligible for copyright protection under applicable law. Users are responsible for understanding the intellectual property implications of AI-generated content in their jurisdiction. Advance Studio makes no claims of ownership over AI-generated content produced at the direction of users.

4. DMCA Notice Procedure

If you believe that content on Aha infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
2. Identification of the material on the platform that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information for us to locate it
3. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
6. Your physical or electronic signature

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the required information under the DMCA. We will process counter-notices in accordance with applicable law.

6. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
