1. Service Overview

Aha is a digital content marketplace that connects creators and consumers through AI-powered agents. The platform enables users to discover, purchase, and interact with digital content and services.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Aha. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Payment Terms

Certain features and content on Aha require payment. Payments are processed using cryptocurrency on supported blockchain networks. All transactions are final once confirmed on-chain. You are solely responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and paying any applicable network fees.

We may pre-authorize estimated costs before processing. Any difference between the estimated and actual cost will be reconciled after the transaction completes.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data
• Upload or distribute malicious software or harmful content
• Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures
• Resell or redistribute platform content without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and original content are owned by Advance Studio or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they create and upload, subject to the license granted below.

By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

6. AI-Generated Content

Aha uses artificial intelligence to generate or assist in generating content. AI-generated content is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it.

7. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We may also update these Terms, with changes effective upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advance Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, nor the security of blockchain transactions processed through third-party networks.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Aha shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, except where prohibited by law. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions.
